The Caribbean Strategy and Consulting Department of Suez Consulting is assisting BRGM’s project management within the framework of the CARIB – COAST project.
Our know-how participates effectively in the progress of the projects and thus allows the project managers to devote themselves fully to the achievement of their primary missions. Our team, based in Guadeloupe (in Colin, Petit-Bourg), works on topics such as :
- Project management.
- The management of the external communication of the project, in particular through our knowledge of the problems of tropical Caribbean islands in a context of climate change.
- The implementation of monitoring-evaluation approaches in a logic of continuous improvement of our clients’ projects.
